This magnificient site is situated directly on the beach in Cavaliere near The Lavandou, closed to the center of Cavaliere where you can find various small shops such a Tabacomist, Buchters, supermarkets, newspapers, and many activities and restaurants and private beaches. There is a jet ski rental and Flyboard, waterskiing, parachutes all within a short walk. Equally there is a tennis club in the village and the international golf club Valcros in a short driving distance. Our villa's rental's is closed to Saint Tropez. This wonderful private property has 6 villas and appartments on the beach close to The Lavandou in Calvaliere with sublime mediteranian gardens with perfect view on the island to Porquerolles, with private beach and parking. Cavaliere is 7km from The Lavandou and 30km from Saint Tropez situated opposite the beautiful islands of Le Levant, Port Cros and Porquerolles. Our villa's is close to Bormes les Mimosas.

“ The past two summers we have vacationed at Le Clos-Ripert. Our first summer we spent a week in Villa Pecheur and last summer we spent two glorious weeks in Villa La Restanque. We have two weeks scheduled for next summer so obviously we love Le Clos-Ripert. Monique is a fabulous host. Since our French is fairly non-existent she made our dinner reservations for us. She would also check in on us daily to see if we ever needed anything. The villas are spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We cooked many meals last summer in Villa Restanque. We spent countless hours enjoying the terrace that offered great beach views. Needless to say many bottles of rose were consumed in that idyllic setting. Le Clos-Ripert is a very private, peaceful, secluded enclave, but with a 10 minute walk you can be in the village of Cavaliere at one of the many restaurants or at the market. You can walk along the beach or the road. The beach access is fantastic and the villas are equipped with beach chairs and other beach accesories. Le Clos-Ripert is our slice of heaven in the South of France. ”
